this plugin posts new posts from your blog to ur facebook page. those facebook pages also gets indexed on google right? so more chance people will click on it and come through facebook to ur site.

Only if you have actual people following your posts, and you have good, interesting content.
But yes, it posts on your FB page, can post on blogger, twitter, wordpress.org blog etc.
Personally I don't think it's a good idea to use it for anything else, than twitter, and facebook, because of dupe content.
 
but say i have 100 posts a day and this plugin submits all 100 to facebook

google see same content on 2 sites, is this not spam?

yes,, its good way to get traffic by facebook..

^ You need to click the download link on the url he posted. Then extract the document on your home pc and upload the contents to your plugin directory on your hosting/server account via FTP.
