Yes, its' sandboxed.
Any site with 854 spammy backlinks (according to majestic, or 11,000 according to ahrefs) that isn't indexed by Google in any way is sandboxed.
info:techtools.net also doesn't return any results.

Great keywords btw (incest lolita young, preteen lolita models, sexy gift basket for him, etc.)

If you bought this domain from someone then you've been had. Drop the domain, move your content onto a new domain.
 
With that amount of spammy backlinks I'd say chances are close to none.
It'd be easier for you to move on to a different domain. What's the reason you're so anxious to continue using this one? It's completely worthless.

You can always write them a letter asking to disavow the bad backlinks, but I doubt it'll work with so many.
 
Try to create strong back links but in a ethical way. Content is king now a days so put original content regularly for which you may get out from that Google sand box. But it take some time. Keep patience and do your work regularly.
