Is Domain Registration with 'Namecheap' safe for warez linking?

Is domain registration with namecheap.com safe for warez linking?

I am planning to use .WS/.EU/.ME for domain extension (not .COM/.NET/.ORG/.INFO)

If it is not safe, suggest me some good/famous offshore registrars who are in business with atleast 1-2 years.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

No domain provider is good for illegal stuffs. If the copyright holders get on their nerves to take your site down, they'll rush to any extent to get your domain seized no matter what or which registrar your using.

GoDaddy is shit, since they do not tolerate any copyright complains and immediately seize your domain.

No movies, tv shows, porn etc.

And can you suggest me 1-2 offshore registrars?

Weird question: If they seize my domain name, will my whole site be deleted or I have to just move my site on any other domain name?

No Namecheap this is the worst register for a warez site dude that run this site takedownpiracy .com works with them and will send you a dmca or a few. I got one from this fool about 2 to 4 months after my domain was registered
