Is Black Hat SEO still working?

I think it's working and it will never die but what do you guys think?

Ofcourse it works. Personally, I never use BH for Tier 1 Links. Tier 2 and 3 are 100% blackhat and I never had a problem

ill be always working and new methods comming up after google bans one, this is the same batlle with virus and anti-virus software, will never end...

@ mikeee I always used 1 tier links for news sites at the start and gave me some great boost, of couse after that always creating backlinks of backlinks

I think blackhat will always work if you know how to do it but you just have to stay ahead of google.

But we do not use Black Hat SEO..

Blackhat methods which Google interprets as legitimate (making it look whitehat) will still work. Very easy to accomplish if you know how but it requires a lot of time to take effect, as opposed to creating legit websites with genuine interest that gain viral interest and SEO is automatically and freely done by your users.
