Seams good.Wish to order a customor vps 1g/2G,Could you please give me some lifetime promo or Double RAM or DISK promo,and how about unlimited BW plan?
 
I ordered budget VPS but I still haven't received my setup details. I have been waiting for the past 18 hours.

Support was not responding.

All vps server are normally instantly setup once payment is shown has received I recommend you login into to the client area an then clicking on My Invoices in see if it showed unpaid or paid.

I had a trial vps I never had any issue with re-installing the os sometimes SolusVM takes a 30 mins to re-install the os. I recommend you shutting down the vps using SolusVM then do OS-Reinstall.

they do instant setup. At first my emails were sent to the trash bin; (gmail) even so if you log into their page click on my services tab.

Since I am new to all of this, I must have reinstalled like 20 times. I've never waited more than a few minutes.

Open a ticket for support, I've contacted them plenty and all my replies have been within 24 hours. Some are answered within minutes.

I've used their service since June and no regrets, their NL speeds are very fast.

My questions;
-Do you offer IPv6 or IPv4 for 0.75$ ? (In order page)
-When did you start your company?
-Whats not allowed on your netherland servers?
-Whats your uptime for the last month? (99.9% ? 100%?)
-Can I ask for install requests to my VPS?

I am a customer of IonVM.

For $ 0.75, they are IPV4. In every plan there has IPV6.

The entrerpise is recent, but they are very efficient.

I suggest you open a ticket for your questions, they respond quickly.

Hi,

As comeback suggested, you should open a ticket for questions like these -- we will always respond quickly. We try to operate live chat as often as possible, some weeks are busier than others on our side.

To answer your questions:

- IPv4 is $0.75
- IonVM.com has been online since April 2011
- Illegal content is not allowed (eg. child porn, botnets, terrorism)
- Uptime for all of our networks combined is above 99.9%, we had one server in NL offline for about half a day due to a disk failure.
- We can do simple installs, yes, but not advanced configuration.
