Is 4GB and 250 GB HDD shared? or everyone gets that? Will we have admin access, I mean to install applications?

RAM is shared equally amount all users online at that momemt. If only 2 are online, both enjoy 2 GB each. Max will be 6 users because we'll sell only 6 spots.
HDD is dedicated, so its 250 GB each user.

His RDP's are awesome, will buy soon .... i have tested it speeds downloads are like flash - 40-50MB/Sec i got from HF [ Downloading a 1.26GB File]
- 15MB/Sec Avg from FS [Downloading a 600MB File]

Well Didn't Checked Uploading Speed But I guess it should be good too :)
