Also a good idea, but you need more money.

It's always a nice idea to invest on materials required by popular technologies. Electronics will need silver and gold for a couple of decades, at least, and well, we all know that the demand wont stop increasing and this, allied with scarcity will keep the prices up.

However when you're buying a website and it has an established community (forum), do your best to understand the forum/community and ask any staff to fill you in on the members (such as what they like about the site, what the previous owner did well, etc). A lot of forums/communities have died after new ownership >.<

Hosting is a lot of mess.. you will have a lot of A$$holes saying this or that Sh1t happened.. you will daily have headaches and tension as you are new in this without any strong knowledge, you will not be able to solve the server or user problems.. you will not be able to install OS, SolusVM etc etc. there are a lot of difficulties....

And in warez you don't need anything.. all you need is good traffic and you will earn money just by sitting on the chair and sleeping on the beds while drinking beers :D

But if you think that u have much talent and your brain is sharp then go for hosting.. Everybody learn things when they do it So ask yourself
