In need of a Dedicated server

Hi, I'm looking for a dedicated server with at least the following for under $70.

CPU - E3-1220
Speed - 4 x 3.1 GHz
RAM - 8GB
HDD - 2TB
OS - Windows Server 2008/2012
Bandwidth - 80TB
Speed - 1 Gbps

If you can offer me better specs at that price then please do, I can get the above from a site for $70.

I don't think you can get that configuration under $70 and that too offshore. fyi, Netherlands, France & Germany are not offshore so beware of the cheap marketing offers. You get what you pay for.
