I am looking to start up my own Free Image Hosting site. I already have the domain and a dedicated server perfectly capable to host the site itself.

I just need someone with a bit of experience, good at scripting and this is a MUST ( willing to invest around $40 to pay for the script and SEO/Marketing )

No I don't want a free script lol. I know there are free ones but I have found a suitable one.
