I was looking for a script like Softarchive.net OR nnm.ru Script ....

I looked them on the internet but i can find nothing

Can any one get them to me OR thier name(s) ... ?

That looks like DLE to me... (DataLife Engine). Similar to Wordpress.

You sure you were on the right side of the Interwebz? Try the east side, I heard there are a lot of good scripts out there. But be careful, it's very dangerous.

SA uses a CUSTOM script, it has nothing to do with DLE.

It's custom, however could be based on WP.
