I need your help creating a warez website

Hello, i hope you guys are all well and healthy.
I am an uploader of mainly movies and tv packs 720p & 1080p bluray and other qualities but with smaller sizes ( encoded ones ) by ganool, shaanig, YiFY and similar encoders, and rarely Apps and Games.
So i would like your advice on these points:
1-Which one would be good for my domain a blog or a forum ?
2-Please provide me a name of a good hosting company that has been there for a descent amount of time and allow warez ( i would like one that mainly all known warez forums and blogs use ) i want a cheap hosting please and have unlimited bandwitch.
3-Can you help me by tips on how i can increase my traffic freely ? as i do not have much money to spend on SEO, i can put a txt file in my rar files but i do not think that would work very well.
4-If you suggest a blog i already got a good theme to use if you gonna suggest a forum please provide me a good and easy to use theme and its picture + download link.
5-How to optimize my website speed ?
I know i asked a lot but if you can help me you would do me a huge favor.

There is plenty of offshore hosting here on this forum, I use AltusHost. I've used them in the past, honestly don't know about their shared hosting plans, but I have a VPS with them. If you don't have money to hire someone to do onsite SEO for you, your best bet is to learn how to do it yourself. Again, there is plenty of tutorials and tips on this website to help you out. Social media sites will get you a lot of traffic if you do it correctly. Keeping 'warez' out of the name of your domain will help you be targeted less by Google. I honestly think warez forums are a dying bread, the big ones are still around because they have a loyal community. Go with Wordpress or something, post new releases fast and get quality backlinks and you will eventually get decent traffic from search engines (patience is key). You won't be receiving thousands of visitors overnight though.
 
1) If you have time to manage stuff, then you should go with forum, its better than blog. But if you have limited time in you hands, go for blogging rather than forums.
2) Well I don't really have a host in mind, but there is one thing I would recommend you, do not go for cheap hosting. I understand you might not be having enough money, and I had the same issue 2 years back, but bcoz of this, I had my 3 websites go down, each having more than 4K daily visitors. Now I use a costly one, but its really good. So, just for the host, dont consider the money, but the reliability if you want to be long term in here.
3) Me and SEO have been worlds apart since beginning, my gf does it all the time for me. So can't suggest you that either.
4) For forum, I would say go with IPB, the new version 4.0.x has been released and the primary theme is just really simple and good for a warez like site. If you still need more themes, I could try finding for you.
5) I didn't really get this question, if you are buying a good host, you wont have to worry about speed issues.

PM Me, i have a client who owns a good big forum i can get you in touch with the person so you can upload and post your stuff. You can also get your own sticky threads to get more downloads.
 
Now is the wrong time to start a warez site it is not a money maker any more during the fileserve filesonic days ways the peak of warez. What you should do is join a forum make 500 to 2k post then ask if you could be a mod. Now days I would say 8 out 10 new warez sites fail to much competition and people that think running a warez site does not take much time or $$$ to run it :facepalm: plus they go with a very crap host no security and servers in countries that do not allow any type of warez.

I am well aware of the FSC & FS situation since i used to upload during that golden era.
I am very experienced and i trust my content my shares are rare and i take the time to organize my posts.

I know if your not posting with links to file host that give a min 1mbps download speed to registered users and 1 link HD downloads everyone will go else where to get files
 
1) If you spend time to bring out new visitors and entertain them all along then forum will a better option else go for a WordPress blog.
2) Well , with whatever you go, don't look for cheap hosting, go with quality and unlimited means nothing, once your load crosses a certain limit, no matter what, the host will suspend you because servers with unlimited resources are yet to be discovered.
3) If you go with WordPress, you will find plenty of SEO plugins and WordPress is SEO friendly for onsite optimization. SEO is yet best option to bring traffic, if you can't do it, then promote your website by free gifts, referring friends, coupons etc, a lot of free traffic method , but it needs a hell of time to go with.
4) Search for themes on nulledscript or other similar websites, you will find it out.
5) Well, that's technical part, if you don't know anything about it then it will be hard for you. A lot of factors depends on that certain thing, for instant help you can use google page optimization , it's for developers basically.

Page speeds also depends on a good host, how good your website's php, html/css is coded and integrated, MySQL etc.
