i am upgrading 4.0.7 to 4.1.2

i am upgrading 4.0.7 to 4.1.2

but is giving me a error

disable all the plugins, hooks and products before upgrade
you can also edit your config.php and disable them all! all you have to do is to open it and right after

and once the upgrade is done go back and delete what you added to config.php.
or simply your host could be the problem, talk to them.
