How we earn money Without Uploading?

Even though you said no Adsense, that is seriously the biggest way you could earn. If you market your product right, you could be earning thousands from Adsense. Although you said no Adsense, so forget that. The best way to earn (apart from actually going out and getting a job), is affiliation programs. Legal ones I mean. If you can find the right one for you, again you could be earning a lot from them. I won't drop any names here, but I am sure Google could help you. Trust me, that is another big way, but you must have some nice traffic though, there is no point signing up for any affiliate program, if you have 300UV per day, it is a good start, but you need to be having thousands of UV per day to really feel the benefit. Anyway, good luck, I hope you find your right method.

2) Spend some time, learn PHP. If PHP is not your cup of tea, learn an alternative programming language.
3) Once you've mastered PHP to an acceptable level where you believe you are ready to take on commercial projects, go here:

4) Sign up to some of these freelancer sites, and bid on projects. Bid on low profile projects. Bid on underpaid projects if you must. Build a reputation.
5) Leverage your reputation to bid on higher profile projects. Earn money.
Wasn't so hard, was it now? Unfortunately, this 'secret' takes time and hard work, unlike uploading which is basically a few clicks of buttons here and there done 1,000 times a day. Real skill cannot be 'shutdown by the US Government'.
