How to move my site to VPS

I want to move my site from hosting to VPS, could anyone please help me?
I'm really a noob at this so I am willing to pay for the moving.

Please some experts contact me or tell me what to do.

First do all backuo you need to do . DB , files .
Most of VPS selling companyes will install you cP or kloxo for free on VPS , everything else is very simple , if you used shared host , you are familiour with cP or kloxo . move you files to VPS , import DB with phpMyadmin . simple as that .

It's a porn site, with 6000+ UV daily, and it's growing.
So I need a VPS allowing porn site, and it must be fast.
