How to install windows 8.1 x86 ver. on uefi based laptop

Hello,
As title saying that I want to know how to install windows 8.1 x86 ver. on uefi enabled laptop. My laptop manufacturer is Dell and model number is Inspiron 15 - 3521.

You need to tell us do you have the restore disk from Dell? A win 8.1 cd/dvd? Nothing?

Have you tried and failed because the touchscreen drivers weren't there? Or what was the error you received while installing yourself?

Otherwise the simple answer is stick the windows 8.1 install cd/dvd in the drive and follow instructions.
