how to get paid for freelancing

Hii folks this is a serious query .Please help me.

I am an Indian and recently did some SEO works for a Indian client.Now after the work he tried to pay me via paypal and he is getting this notification from paypal

We notice that you are attempting to pay an Indian resident user. The payment you initiated has been blocked. PayPal only facilitates international payments and cannot be used for domestic payments within India. We suggest you find alternative methods to complete the payment. If you believe that the person you attempted to pay is not based in India, please contact PayPal customer support.

So he cant pay through paypal. Now suggest me what to do ?

I know about alertpay but what if he doesnt have alertpay.

What about wire transfer ? I think its easist way to get paid.what information should I provide him for wire transfer.Is it safe to give the bank details like account number ?

The amount is 48$ . Please help me.:'(

Well, nothing we can do about that. Do you have a friend who would accept your payment for you? otherwise bank wire is the way to go, ask your bank for the details you'll need.

call or email the guy, and ask him to mail you a check , its slow that way , but atleast you get paid
