how to configure the sitemap.xml to google webmasters ?

I now look at all my websites are invalid in the sitemap to google webmaster:

have you tried use sitemap plugin for wp if you using wp
before you submitted to google it usually help

and just resubmit it in your webmasters account.

it takes sometime (12-24hrs) before it is updated in ur account
