how to buy OVH server direct from their site?

they said


For your security, we would like to check the information that you have provided and specially the identity of the billing contact.

Therefore, we would be grateful if you could send us the following documents as soon as possible in order to validate your order:

If it's an order placed on behalf of an individual:
- copy of your ID (passport, driving license)
- proof of address (utility bill)

If you are a UK based customer:

Either by mail to billing@ovh.co.uk and specify on the subject:

OR by fax on 020 7378 7703 and specify on your documents:

Otherwise:

I never got any of that, just had to ring a number and say my order ID lol.
 
but ovh.com is provides SLA bandwidth...

The more servers you have under your name, the less bandwidth in total you get per server....

How does the SLA work? Do they have a type of document to read about it or anything.

Just wondering because lets just say we expect to get atleast 50-80 servers.
 
Would like to know if OVH server is suitable for uploading to such host:

Rapidgator
Netload
Ul.to
Turbobit

or any other host. Average speed for 1gbps line? Give me your thoughts. Thanks
