How to add recaptcha to Google docs form

This is for normal submit form/contact form (using php)

in above method they added like this
<form action="mailer.php" method="POST">

and edited the mailer.php,

but in google docs form there is no php file

<form action="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/formResponse?formkey=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&amp;ifq" method="POST" id="ss-form">

So How to add recaptcha to google docs form.

It's not possible.

AnaLikesLattes a Google employee stated on the subject "we'll take a look if we can add features like Captcha to our form editor moving forward" but that was over a year ago.

A small work around you can do is ask a question like what is 4+3 and make that question compulsory to continue.
