How to add a url before the external link url? *link/url/link*

I want to add my url(or maybe another website url) before the url from external links posted in my blog, for example:

http://ExternalLink******** when clicked i want it to open in a new window but with the following url format:

http://www.My*********url/http://ExternalLink********

Example someone clicked a youtube link in my blog, and i want it to open a new window with this url:

http://www.MyBlog.com/url/http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7TLTjqUyog

I can't mess with the .htaccess since it's a blogger blog, so anyone have an idea of how to do that so every link in my blog work like that?

IDK about the blogger, but there are several wordpress plugins similar on the function you wanted. But it's something like link masking to protect affiliate referrals and hide the original outbound links, which will just redirect you to the supposed link, or you can show an exit page (and you can use it for your CPM ads like your own advert redirect page).

first what are you trying to do exactly

this plug in adds prefix to all the links in your posts

for example
Code: 
http://www.xxxxx.com/www.google.com
this is the prefix :

remove that , you could pm me

i checked, all right, and this plugin does not redirect as you think, it add a prefix to all the links

i still don't get what you are trying to do
