How do i record Gameplay from my xbox360 console

i have 21' Caira monitor

with HDMI port for my 360 and Vga port for my pc
how do i record gameplay with it?

You need a capture card called hauppauge hd pvr for hd quality.
or Dazzele for not so good quality.
