How can one start reseller service for file sharing websites?

What is needed to start a reseller payment service for file sharing sites. Something like 365premium, downloadnolimits and others like them?
Do they need merchant account?
Or is it just paypal and some script?

Are you sure about "their" merchant account. I think they have to use their own merchant account rather than use file sharing site's.

Usually takes about a $200 deposit. From there, you set the price you want to sell for. You usually get 20% off what they charge. Use your own merchant account to sell. You have no access to theirs.
