I ordered a VPS 24hrs ago, received an order confirmation, received an Invoice that I paid with WMZ. Not I even cant log in into Client area, my email is not recognized, and I cant retrieve my password via “forgot password”. Tickets are not replied within 24hrs (surely they dont need to but im worried that my money is gone and I dont get my ordered VPS – which I urgently need… and they say "Answer: 30 Mins"), and the “live chat” with status “Online” does not reply too. "Please wait, connecting you with one of our team members now." Ive waited for hours now...
