Hosting for warez site (forum)

I had 2 forums: bitshare-downloads.com and rapidgatordownloads.net on web4africa.com hosting!
Some sent message to web4africa (DMCA bla,bla,bla...) and my hosting service suspended!

I need new hosting (if possible russian servers):
- allowing warez sites
- if possible payza as a method of payment

What do you suggest me?

I'm using http://onebesthosting.com/ and really liking it. I'm pretty sure that they accept Warez.

You don't need much bandwidth if you're only planning on linking to Warez. People seem to think a few thousand UV's a month means they'll need hundreds of GB transfer. You'd be fine using either of the plans on XSLtel or KnownSRV.
