SoftLayer USA & Netherlands Servers:

All the ports are full-duplex and none are shared. Streaming is allowed on our servers so you unlike most other Unmetered providers, you do not need to worry about any speed restrictions. You get full duplex ports, no matter how much bandwidth you use!

Our 1Gbps servers are fully Unmetered, you can use as much bandwidth as you want in both uploading and downloading. In our 2Gbps & 10Gbps servers, there is a 100TB restriction on upload however you can still use as much bandwidth as you want to use in downloading. There are no restrictions in downloading bandwidth and it is fully Unmetered.

I decided to write here, perhaps you hurry up! are about two months I took a kismufi server from you, and you told me, that to have the control panel for the server you needed a week, (I sent several emails) but it's been about two months, and the control panel still nothing. What have you decided?
I accept your apologies for the delay, I trusted you, and I renewed the contract, but I need the control panel....

The control panel for dedicated servers is still under construction. It's not an easy project but we're doing the best we can. However, for Kimsufi or OVH servers, we can offer you control panel from OVH directly.

Please email me your kimsufi hostname and client ID to abdullah@hosthatch.com and I will guide you further on how to get the control panel. If you already know what a OVH NIC is, you can email that to me and I will move your server or if you do not know/have a OVH NIC, just email me and I will guide you on creating one.

It's a 10 minute process and you will get a control panel directly from OVH, where you can reinstall, reboot, manage IP addresses etc. :)

I'm not sure if you are our customer or want to order from us. Can you PM or email me your client ID so I can also guide you for the OVH control panel? Or if you want to order, just include your OVH NIC in the extra notes on the order form, and we will move your server to it.

OVH terms of service applies on those servers, so what is legal in France is allowed. Usually, these are setup within 24 business hours but it may take longer, depending on their hardware stock etc.
