I wrote a ticket on the 23 , today is 25 and still no reply ( Ticket ID: 623147 )

My server has for the past 2 days tons of lag and upload speeds of under 1 MB/sec on any filehost. The 1 GB connection is at 99% most of the time.

Please try and do something, because it's hard to work when you can upload only 1 file in 1 hour.

Like the other users, I too can not connect to the server.

And before you say open a ticket, please take a look at my last ticket.

It's been 7 day and still no reply, now that's what I call ''quality service''

Same here I can't connect too! It's been like 15 - 16 hours.The Admin told me that
we currently have problem with all france servers down. we are checking with our datacenter. this could take up to hours. we are apologized for the inconvenience
but after that there's no response from his side! Cool company and downtime happens but least he should update on the current status!
