utorrent downloads speed depend on many factors. please submit a ticket. also there are about 16 users for france small rdp100

if you need support please submit a ticket for your problems before you come here. we will respond to your ticket within hours. also the server is 1gbps port. you can check server's network at some sites. utorrent speed depend on many factors. i suggest you to get help from utorrent's site. we will not support for the use of utorrent.
