Looks like you are really unhappy with service, but still i see 3 user encoding only in which one user getting 40% cpu and other low.
Maybe that user using app like handbrake which steal cpu from app like megui.

But i will not explain much.

Open ticket for partial refund and PM me ticket id.
I will give you refund :)


Use services from other provider few month i am sure you will understand difference :).

Others are selling 2xE5620, E5-2650 with 10 Users ( in real that cpu has 8 cores x 2.4 GHZ )
Our CPU have 20 Cores x 3.1GHZ i think it's 3 times powerful than E5620 and 2 times powerful than E5-2650.
But i guess it still didnt make you happy. so i will stop trying now.

VAEGS have Ultra fast rdp not same as your plan, he should not see cpu uses like this because in that plan only Ultra Fast Rdp#3 have encoding permission.

If you see my first post i say " Its the most highest and most powerfull servise ever i use" so where you see i am unhappy ? I say what i see! I still continue use the servise because i like and i want it. I dont need your refund and i think your answer is " The easy way for you"

I know other companys give bad servises but i dont care for other servises. I care for your servise! Cheers

Ok, if you like service and still facing issue then i think some user in that server encoding continuously.
Simply take multiple screenshots of task manager 4-5 times also show taskbar so we can see time and open ticket to report about that user.

We will take action against them.

We are also thinking to monitor CPU uses hourly for every users.
So if anyone encode 24/7 will get free ban.

I think this will solve your issue.

I have NL SSD (80GB) now, service is excellent and support very fast, may you can add in a future a "Ultra Fast RDP" but with SSD disk and 2Gbps, It would be perfect!

Edit: I checked one server was indeed restarting like 2-3 times daily.
I did some changes and restarted again just now.

Great Uptime! Server restarts barely happen, RDP has been on for over 40 days before, currently it's over 22 days.

GREAT Support!! If you open a ticket about someone abusing their server, they usually always reply (and take action) within 5 to 30 minutes.
Remember if you have an issue, open a support ticket and your problem should be solved very quickly.

Happy customer since 6 Months + and will still renew when the time comes! :P

The server have a lot problem and nobody from the chat help me. I send to chat read it and nobody reply me! Some times some guys give me a good support!

The server restart a lot times per day and stop my work! You run every hours shit malwares programs and you delete a very important DLL files and when the scan finished
the most of my apps not working for 3 days now.

I can give you some example:

Google Chrome
Thumbnail Me version 2
Winnrar not found .exe

Whats wrong with you guys ? A lot months now dont have problems like that!

pro: good hardware
cons: overselling (too many users), harddisk very slow because it's not dedicated

I'm using 300gb encoding plan

25 users active in 1 server? And 8 user in one harddisk? Come on, man :/

The people to answer to skype is missing for 1 day now. They dont give as any answer about the server! They have close the server for 1 day now!

Just send an email at 2:42 PM and from then nothing! I have send a lot emails and they ingore me! You only know how you can take the moneys! To the start when a new costumer you run reply asap because you dont wanna lost your moneys! I have send to skype, ticket and email to admin and nobody give a reply! Are serioys guys ? If you dont love your job then go close it! And continue give File Hosting servises only. I am the only user here to say thats. Ckeck the last pages and you understand better! You distroy the server by your self because you run Malware Bytes and Winodws Securty and you eating and deleting every important DDL file from a lot programs. And now you dissabled the server from a lot peoples for 1 day! Its ok i know we are to the internet and the internet have issues. I know that. But you dont give EVER a honest reply. The guy from Skype support are every time ironic and reply as like a shit! I say this a lot times: I love your servises you have good and strong servers and i know that. NEVER i dont say the defferent. But you need to fix your support to the peoples to give you money , job and food!

We are doing some changed in server for good.
It will take some time and server will restart few times.
We will disable your account for few hours so you cant login and interrupt maintenance.
So please keep waiting till we send you new email.
