Trying a new service for 40 euro is bit too risky nowadays. Try to lower it to 20 euro or max. 25 euro in the 1st month at least.

If anyone downloads 10 different files from the same IP , will you count 10?
 
name a few filehosts who offer what you are saying here...

A good filehost is a host that pays on time to uploaders, have a unique design, upload/download speed, don´t have the same script, and of course unlimited space to upload.
