I got little confused about the meaning of this "hmm"
I found Few of meanings of "hmm" in UD
Which one is most appropriate ?
a. Something somebody says when they are thinking about what you have just said. They have an opinion.. but dont want to tell you what it is.
b. How to acknowledge someone when they've said something, and you didn't hear n/or care about what they said.
c. A word you use when there is nothing else to say.
d. What one says on a computer or phone to make sure the other person is still there and will respond after a long pause in communication.
e. A phrase commonly used for absolutely no reason at all.
f. Sometimes it is used while thinking.
