Actually you can access TurboBit.net and Hitfile.net also with an US-based IP and upload stuff, access the filemanager, but if you want to download a file, you get the following message:

1 euro for 1 day and i get 0.25 dollar
normaly i get 0.6 euro = 0.79 dollar

Payment on HitFile only for purchases. For downloadings there is no payment.
