Banned for conducting scam business, with an idea, how he can get away with hiding behind scammy Terms of Service, rejecting payments to users, while keeping their files and accounts alive, and making money out of them.

Advice: do not work with HenchFile, they are nothing but a scam.​

Why don't you actually do something about the reports that I am submitting then? The report function is a total waste of time, the only help I've ever received is from dealing directly via PM to a mod or an admin (namely M).
You've even replied below a post I've reported, total joke.

One does not teach administrator how to do his work on this forum.
