I'm new on this stuff, i want make a website but i have limited info.
to make a website and run it properly what stuff i need to learn.

like page coding, language, software.
as well as what tools i need, also why uses of rdp ,vps.
seriously i really need ur help and will wait for ur help.

Buy domain, Host in On Blogger (Free host) - Blogger is very easy to customize and Use you will enjoy it - Let me know if you need any more help about it :)
 
how much that will cost me to make a site like this do u have any idea mate.

A license is $195, but you can also get nulled which will cost you nothing but I don't recommend it. If you do need any help I will set it up for you etc.
 
i recommend u use google first, read, then come back here with specific questions.... first learn how to make the baby then learn how to raise it....
 
google is your friend mate go use it & then came back here & post your specific problem.
with no knowledge you wont be able to run VB at first place so i suggest you go with nulled version, try it then buy license,
