[HELP] Tips and Advice on Creating My First Blog

Good day Webmasters!

I need your help on my new site www.buhaymedisina.com I was planning to make a simple wordpress blog which will cater "the life of a medical student/doctor". Can you please help me (i.e. I need some advice) on which scripts; add0ns I need to install like SEO etc. that kind of stuff.

And don't forget to add some antispam plugin as you will got thousand of spam comments if you don't add any plugin to block it.
