Help me to choose RDP or VPS

Hello I want to buy server for down/up , who is better for Torrent and FileSonic , Wupload , Fileserve download Unrar , Screenshot , Rar , Upload

HDD - 100Gb
Max 20$ and stable speeds for all processes ,

Well that depends. If you want to upload to hosts with FTP, my best bet is that you go with sBorg. If you also upload to sites w/o FTP, go for RDP as you can run zoom uploader in it.

well i've seen some providers offering cheap windows vps ($20 and below)
but most of them has metered bandwidth

For Fileserve get a USA RDP , In the NL ones speeds are not that great for fileserve...
