My Website content for android apps
I saw a few days ago the phenomenon was erratic up and down index
specifically:
+ Date 06/12/2014: volume index is 720k
+ Last Date 06.12.2014: Index is 170k
+ First Date 13.06.2014: index is 1.020k
Then, late on 6/13/2014 far the index continued to fall
and now 165k. The past few days is still 165k
so does my website have not been banned SEO?
content of the website is not the only problem was introduced applications for mobile devices only
Please help me!

When Google visit the site, It detects all information of the service that is provided by Google. This process is known as Google indexing.
 
How often do build backlinks to your site?
Were you able to update your content frequently and were you able to make sure it is unique?
Do you have a well structured sitemap?
How was the loading of your pages?
Have you tell google about your site?

If you think you were unable to answer it all then you must be missing something.
