There are different kind of hosting for shoutcast, Smexy. I think it can be hosted in normal ones too, shoutcast hosting maybe has all the stuff preinstalled.
there are tons of free players u can use out there.. google shoutcast flash players.. u can also get some cooler ones on Activeden if u shell out some bucks
