I want :

Allow warez and adult linking.
Ignore DCMA
Can use .htaccess
Not overload if have more >200 Visiting same time !
Can run many sites of me :
2 site run vBulletin i not use vbseo or shoutbox
5 site run wordpress
And cheapest and best !

Theres' no alternative than using VPS. Hire a tech to manage ur vps.

Probably you should get a fully-managed VPS.

I used shared host of CrunchHost . But suppened because use hight CPU. CrunchHost not chage money to me . i use 15 days!
