The reason your IDM cannot find the file is because it requires direct loading of a video file which this player uses a xml file to load the video. Only way to find the file location is to download the video player while viewing the movie or video and de-compiling the swf and looking for the xml it includes and edit the xml to find the source.

Very long process, but cannot be done automatically unless you use a stream ripper which most require licenses to rip these xml streams
