About

The GO Unlimited service, which may be known by the name of many of you, is one of the oldest services specialized in the field of video hosting. Dear, according to our conditions and terms we are not obligated to compensate anyone, and we have the right to change our terms and conditions at any time we want, but nevertheless we did not use our right to do so but we promised everyone to provide a new compensation program that suits the aspirations of both parties.

Hey I don't think you can just run away with "that's on our Terms and condition". The admin previously himself announced all the users will be compensated and now you guys are taking advantage of your terms?

Yes although it's in your ToS, that still doesn't change the fact that an OFFICIAL compensation was announced for everyone. Aren't announcements relevant too? Why did you announce it in the first place if you were just going to make excuses later into the game? No like seriously why did you do it in the first case? To give the users false hope to re-upload and keep using your services, ultimately for nothing? Promises are meant to be kept, either personal or professional. ToS is something that doesn't only guide the users, but should also affect every decision made by your team as a whole, which you clearly didn't give a thought when you announced the first compensation program. So if you guys went against your own ToS at the first place by announcing a compensation program, why do you expect us to engulf us a piece of text written in your website?

It was a panic move? And now you guys have negative attitude against the "offensive" feedback you received the previous day? Are you serious? You guys can say anything, take it back, and rule monopoly on us saying its in your terms, and now we are at the defense? Can you guys at least provide a ETA on your second compensation iteration? Sure, the loss of files were something that neither you or us could control. But the way you are handling the situation from your side is just ..pathetic.

As behalf of all the users who haven't yet received the compensation, I would want an official statement and not from the GoU white knights.

Dear, if we terminate the service, you know that you will re-upload your files free of charge to another service, but when we provided you with a new compensation program, some of you are not satisfied with that and it is really strange.

Even if we announced something earlier, it might be a step taken in a critical situation without taking a few things into account. They are partners in the service and an important part of it, but the ceiling of their ambitions is much higher than their loss, which raises questions. Besides, some of them received financial payments today and came upset instead of thanking us or confirming the receipt like their colleagues above.

to be honest: (i think) the most people who earn money with warez are greedy and anti-social. and many people are dumb. after combining the 2 facts i have a clear answer for your question.

The first is that I agree that the old compensation program was exaggerated, many did not lose more than a month of income and honestly, giving us three months of income was too much. It was necessary to pause and redesign it, we partners not be greedy.

The second is, admin gounlimited, I have always supported you but constantly you repeat the TOS and than you are not obliged to give compensation, I regret to say that this clause no longer applies here. In front before your thousands of users in the forum, you mentioned and promised compensation for the partners that we wished to continue with you. And at least for me, a promise is more valuable than the clause of a TOS. There are greedy and desperate users, but there are also others who have been patient and respectful. As it has been in my particular case.

With this I do not try to bother you or make you uncomfortable, it is something I wanted to write since it is what I think inside.

Your words are very logical, and this point is what made us provide a new compensation program instead of terminating the older program, as it is not the best way to end my opinion, but as you see, whether we compensated them or not, it will not change their opinion. We also wonder as they ask, and in return we answer and they do not answer.

More than 40% of users ignored reading compensation messages and when they were refused their request to ignore the messages, they resented them, besides that their loss did not exceed $100-200 at an average rate, and they were upset that the compensation was in the range of $2000-3000, so don't you find it so strange?

Why do we have to pressure ourselves and pay thousands if their reactions are the same if we only pay them the value of the loss, which is only 5% of the compensation value that we provided initially. :)
Knowing that compensation for the value of the loss is fair compensation, but given their resentment towards big compensation, we do not expect that welcome towards fair compensation. How do you expect an upset from the big compensation to be happy with the fair compensation?

They haven't remove the compensation program. There will be a NEW compensation program for all the users who got affected by it.
You supposed to be grateful, I can't understand why you need to rant and complain. Unless your greedy..

Alot of users like you only looking on the compensation and rant, complain and greed.
Why not try to change your point of your view, instead of the compensation, why not look on their services. They are the only true DMCA ignore, fast payout, excellent support and they always improving Go.
Are you not satisfied? or rather do you only after the compensation?

They already announce an official statement, whether you like it or not its already been decided.
It's for the best, specially for greedy and ungrateful users. :)

One of our main goals in our plan to improve the level of service is to process payment requests in a very short period. :) The new ETA is 24-48hrs, including weekends, but as long as we're online, it should be less than that.

Everything is fine with gounlimited but the biggest problem is video loading time. At start of the video It takes more time to load and after that forward and backward thing works fine(fast). This happens to videos with duration of more than one hour. Videos with less than 30 min loads fastly

I noticed it personally. I promise that we will improve this in the next short period, to ensure you get a perfect experience with 60+ minutes videos. Thanks for your understanding and for your report!

In addition, it must be mentioned that the reason behind this is the player settings that wait for a certain period of the video until you play the video, which prolongs the waiting period if the video is 60+ minutes longer since the concerned period will be much longer. We will take action towards that.
