So Google is changing it's search autocomplete to filter certain keywords associated with illegal downloads of music. For the moment it's only for it's autocomplete feature but this is basically the first step as the next will be to remove them from the results too.

It's all an attempt to prevent illegal downloads returning in search results. This is very very bad news for warez sites and particularly anyone who relies heavily on organic traffic.

thats why I LOVE KATZ TRAFFIC :)
Katz is good for bringing in traffic, but the traffic is usually poor quality because the users knows what they are doing, they come, grab their download, and leave, rarely visiting another page.

However, it will not prevent sites that host illegal copyright material from appearing in its search results.
I believe Google will always stick to this rule, I hope.

This is bad news. Imagine if they started this or Movies, Games, Apps and other stuff...Warez sites would start losing traffic gradually.

FUCK :O
Google is going crazy!

By the way there is total 950K Warez sites google indexed till the day. Hope they will have a mess to clean all :P XD

Most don't understand that ddl's traffic is from organic sources (well yes direct traffic as well) so this will have a affect on all sites submitting or not submitting. I really think there will be a way around this though. The bots are smart but there are always loopholes. Just wait until they stop indexing everyone and you shall see the ones who figure it out first will gain a lot of traffic, well everything everyone else lost.
