Hi


I just wanna know if anyone here are using google drive to host their video like anime, hentai, and porn related like JAV.


I wanna how long does your files last? Because I know a lot of website are using google drive to host their videos and adding pop ads.
I'm thinking of doing the same thing, because I think you can earned more than just using video host.

I manage to learn how to use google webdrive as my storage on streaming and also know how to hide the google webdrive link, and also it won't get deleted that quicky.

OK so I spent a while researching this. Basically google has some central server where all their video (youtube, google drive, picasa web albums) is hosted, googlevideo.com. When you upload through youtube it screens for copyright, picassa and google drive don't. Using the shareable link from google drive there's a way to make a request and get a direct link to the file, this url is a googlevideo.com url and temporary so that when reported to google they cannot trace back to your google drive account (at least so they say for now). For years this worked flawlessly but recently copyright enforcement/google has figured it out and began deleting accounts. It's kind of annoying to maintain now for hosts because they must continuously make new accounts/re upload their content, whereas openload and other hosts are fairly bulletproof for now

If anyone has updated scripts to make this work I would be interested to look at them, I have an outdated one that no longer works and there are a few other outdated ones on github as well. I can post links to what I have if anyone wants
 
In my opinion, Google Drive is no longer a trustable video host (for api requests). But If your content is okay, there is no problem with sharing your videos by default embed.
 
Even if you use API for requesting the stream, when google detects an abnormal amount of request from it your account would still be detected as abusing the service. I'd still advise on investing for a streaming server instead, so you can have full control of it as well.

Or better, just use google drive as a backup instead, and upload the mirrors to other hosting services. At least this way, whenever you get your content deleted from one of the mirrors, you can reupload it from your google drive backup. This way, you won't be abusing your google drive account, and you have a backup server that you don't pay for as much as compared from getting your own unmetered dedicated hosting.
 
Any Streaming server recommendation? Personally i can't find a good streaming server. A lot of them charge for bandwidth which is sucks. CDN is also another consideration. The only good alternative i found is Vimeo Pro. Is a bit expensive but it does have CDN and unlimited bandwidth. The only down side i think for vimeo is 1TB or 3TB they offer is year cycle. When you first started impossible you can utilize the size. Which i end up drop the consideration.
