Good video cutter?

Hi guys, I have been looking for a good video cutter which i can cut certain part of the movie out. Is there any good video cutter you know? mind recommend me...I tried Xilisoft Video Cutter it sux... it cant cut long duration video like 2hours plus.. and it doesnt support tons of format..
