Why would a company not pay 1000$ for 1000 downloads when other filehosts affiliate system got closed?

If they would even pay 100$ for 1000 downloads then no doubt within the same week they will be bankrupt.


How do filehosts pays its users?
Ans : People buy premium accounts from them, then they pay using that money.


There monthly premium account price is 9.00 USD. Now even if they get 10000 users who buy premium account they get 90000 USD. Now the ratio would be of premium account holder(downloaders) and uploaders would be 5:10. So you think they can pay the rest and meet there earning goals?
