I can see the bad side on it. Like for example, Shorte pays high rates to US traffic though it does not count multiple views from same IP comparing to Ouo.io that pays multiple views per IP . It does not coincide, your algorithm will always choose to use shorte because it has high rates though as we know for shorte, it counts only 1 per IP.
What if you will just try create your own Payout Rates per country a fixed one.

And one thing, Net30 payment is too bad. Many online entrepreneurs in here want there money immediately , adjust it to weekly payments . Net7

As for the issue you highlighted with counting multiple views from the same IP, we are already working on a very clever solution to it.
Once implemented you will be able to earn high rates on the initial view on shorte.st and then subsequent views will earn you a payout on ouo.io. It will be designed to be very flexible so that you are always earnings and views are never wasted.

I agree with you on the NET 30 vs NET 7 payout frequency. Be rest assured we will be increasing the payout frequency and once we're out of beta we would ideally like to have weekly if not daily payouts.
