I dont think so. Server are now stabil. Freeuser speed is 400-540 kb/s
FTP Upload: 32 MB/s

The Problem is that glumbo doesnt answere and S4 ist very low. All files at S4 and some files at S7 dont start or start with low speed.

But all new uploads will save at S0 (Fullspeed and no problems)

I think glumbo is only one-man-show and think there is a simple reason that he doesnt answere. Maybe he is on holiday or he has no time at the moment.

He has a reallife and Glumbo.com is no company or firma.

They aren't a scam in that they will host your videos and content.. but they are a scam in that they said they would pay you but then backed out.
