quite new in any type of hosting works ... so these questions will sound n00bish ... but i request please show me some light anyone ... Thnx in Advance for any one who helps.

I need a hosting with the following criteria

1. RDP access needed

2. Very low space would be OK ... about 10 - 20 GB

3. Very low Bandwidth is also ok ... more than 10 mbps is well and OK

4. Price as much low as possible

5. I will not be hosting anything illegal

6. Better if EU not in US

7. 99.99 uptime
