NL Admin 750 have lots problems. today again server not work you waste my fist 2days then during the installation you waste my 2days. now again you are going more waste my days :( nery bad server
 
the temp server is a new config
id over looked a possible security hole and some jerk was using it to delete peoples files
the hole is not plugged and should be no more problems



as for the NL
nl is a pain in the ass (easily 10 times the problems as FR)
but that server was re installed a few days ago
should be stable now
though I see it's only been running 17 hours (not a good sign)

one of my NL supliers had some sort of problem
I suspect $ isu's
and wanted me to replace 3 servers
then said was no longer needed (happened today)
could be the cause of most recent down time
 
I only deal with tickets the staff set-aside for me
at the moment all but 3 (Rapidleach) tickets have been responded to
the RL guy should be coming online soon to

for this week anyway

when you get as big as we have support dose start to suffer
have 12-15 staff but still just can't please everyone
turns into a numbers game (do the best we can to please the largest number of people)

whatever that means (maybe just a glitch in WHMCS cause the ticket is not that old)
