I have no idea what DC++ is

also I have 22 staff responding to tickets
if your not getting a usfull reply from them ask them to flag the ticket for me

I only look at tickets set-aside for me these days
and still im really busy
 
2 days & now still same can not accsess site
I want to pay for next bill

i have pay today one rdp but my rdp server its not active ,Pending

i have today see in email and i have login data ,i have one time login ,one minuts and logout ,and i have try again but rdp down

and one time from ticket reply ,staff say try again in 5 minuts but i try 10 hours and nothing happend ,its down

i hope you fixed this ,i have today pay 20 euro ,its not good no work rdp

this its not normal.i have send ticket to change my server to other rdp but nothing happend

the server was online when I went to bed I know cause I was using it myself
offline when I got up this-morning and I had it back online within 10 min of learning of it

some people expect everything done instantly for them
well I have 22 staff to help speed things up but even so some times it takes time to deal with a problem

but you go ahead and vent if it makes you feel better
I am well known here and don't mind the complaints
just a free bump to me

I currently have 53 servers and far as I know at the moment they are all online
but I also have 3600 clients (around 600 active at any given time)
when you buy a slot on a shared server you buy problems
one gow's with the other
get a lot of people on a server and someone will make a mistake

anyway
if you want to move to FR 500GB you can
I don't much care
just select your plan and click to upgrade
but that also takes time as I am about to go out for the day and only 2-3 of my staff bother with setting up slots
we do have an auto (instant) setup system active now but it's not working with upgrades yet

im not sure what your referring to here

that image if I recall correctly is from FR admin 500GB A
which I am changing to a server on SYS so I can re install windows when needed without deleting the one drive
better for saving client data when re installing
if you check your emails I will have sent you an email with login info to the new server

actually I have closed the FR 15GB and moved everyone to FR 10GB SSD
wasn't enough sales for that server anymore

but anyway I don't give demo's anymore

i have one rdp pay Admin 500 GB NL 20 euro ,and i have see many encode and when i want winrar creating its to slow

i have upgrade to FR SAS 30 GB 128 RAM i have think this its fast,but no to slow ftp download to slow winrar creating and ectract.and i have amartin99 more days ask please change me to this Admin 500 GB NL again what i have pay for this and look screen now

the NL server you where first on is 20EU
you downgraded to an FR that's 10EU
when you did that your account got a credit in it of 8.71EU
if you want to move back you need to upgrade your slot again back to the NL
when you do that you will get a new invoice that can be paid from the credit in your account
as you have been on a cheaper slot for a few days the difference in price should be less then it was before and you should have more then enough in your credit to cover the invoice

I am not trying to get more money out of you
im just trying to get you to do the same thing you did last time you moved

Im letting you hop from server to server as you please and still your complaining
do you realize every time you move it costs me time setting things up for you ?
