I do have FR 100GB for 10EU
both admin and encoding slots availible
admin's can also encode though
15 users per server at 10EU
or 10 users at 15EU and 200GB each
with admin you can install nearly anything (no jingling or hitlap or the like unless you buy a traffic building plan)
in encoding we have to install for you but again we will install nearly anything
as for a list of what is on the servers
I have an install pack of about 50 programs and then the clients are always installing or asking for it
makes every server diferent
I think I have the space (C drive) isu salved for now on your server
using an SSD for windows makes for nice performance but not much space there (that being why client space is on a dif drive)
but windows user files still need some

we try but it's hard to please everyone
ticket responses may be a bit slower then normal from now on
im backing off and letting my staff handle them
it's just gotten to hard to do anything else

you couldn't see that in the first shot cause I cut it short of catching the submitters name
I check the tickets 2-3 times a day for tickets that the staff have flagged for me
used to respond to 1/2-2/3 myself but iv just gotten to busy
yea someone seems to have hacked it and changed my passwords
so I shut down the VPS to prevent any further damage

these days I only respond to tickets that have been set aside for me
sorry but with 3500 clients and around 600 active I just don't have time to deal with everyone one on one
I have 20 staff that manage the tickets and set a few aside for my attention every day
currently the oldest ticket is 2 hours and 57 min old
